Meet the Team
The Sub-Teams:
  • Lift
The lift team is responsible for creating the lift that brings up the cone for the junctions.
  • Gripper
The gripper team is responsible for grabbing the field elements.
  • Chassis
​The chassis team is responsible for creating the chassis that holds everything together.
  • Driver
​The driver team is responsible for controlling the robot during competitions.
  • Engineering Notebook Team
Our Engineering Notebook team are the individuals designing, editing, making, and working on the Engineering Portfolio, as well as the Engineering Notebook and team website. They also plan our community projects and act as cross-team helpers between other sub-teams. They plan the Hart E-Bots outreach to spread the word of FIRST and inspire the younger of our generation to get involved with STEM. 
  • Software
The Software team is the sub-team that builds the infrastructure of the robot. We program the robot in terms of remote control and for the autonomous period. We have to code different inputs into the robot to come up with the outcomes that we are satisfied with. In addition, the autonomous period is when the robot moves on its own for that time. We have to program very precisely to make sure we score an optimal amount of points and be consistent throughout matches. Our team was able to work together online and code the robot with precision and quality.
  • Website
The Web sub-team, otherwise the Website team,  are the team members creating and designing our new website so we can share our team in a virtual platform and be able to spread the word of FIRST and the Hart E-Bots so that we can encourage more people to get involved.
  • Social Media​
The Social Media team is responsible for managing our Twitter and Instagram. They post so we can share FIRST throughout our community and much more.
  • ​Scouting
The Scouting sub-team is responsible for getting data and information on other teams during competitions, choosing alliances, and being team representatives.
